Capability
Institutional training and certification
University-accredited programmes for member bank staff, delivered with an education partner.
The gap between what a member bank wants from the Programme and what its team can operate is the most common cause of delay in a market launch. Staff arrive with strong domestic banking experience and limited exposure to cross-border local-currency operations, network settlement, or the compliance standards a shared corridor demands.
Training closes that gap. It is delivered with Esprichoo Education Ltd, an education partner based in Vancouver, Canada, holding relationships with over one hundred universities. That partnership matters for a specific reason: a member bank employee who completes five or ten sessions and receives nothing recognisable has gained very little. Certification carrying a university’s name is worth holding, and worth studying for.
What is offered
- Programme-specific instruction on corridor mechanics, membership obligations and the operational disciplines the network requires.
- Broader banking and finance curricula, from short courses through to accredited qualifications, delivered through the Esprichoo university network and by individual practitioners.
- Certification issued under the accrediting institution’s own name.
- An open catalogue on each local program provider’s site, so member bank staff can select what they need rather than being routed through a fixed track.
Toward a qualification standard
Training is currently elective. The intention is that defined roles inside a member bank will in time carry a minimum qualification requirement, in the same way that other shared financial networks set competence standards for the institutions using them.
